Jasmine is the Sultan's only daughter/royal heir. She has no choice but to continue on the bloodline.

I personally beleive that Destiny on Fire was written as the final episode seeing that the ending had Al essentially taking the reigns as sultan of Agrabah and Razoul finally warming up to the streetrat.

^ That's exactly what I thought. Because you'd think that after all that they would go ahead and get married. I didn't think much of it as a kid ( too busy zoned out at the "pretty colors" XD ) but she died. I'd think that's cause enough for them to take that step Laughing

I also have always thought The Ethereal was towards the very end, too...maybe even the final episode. Mostly because I think it'd be really weird if Agrabah came to the very edge of annihalation and Jasmine died and no one really ever mentioned it again. If I were in the Aladdin-crew, next time a major threat came along, I'd probably vocalize my thoughts of "well, we've saved the city from being wiped off the planet, so this can't be TOO bad now, right?"

I always thought that "The Ethereal" was the final episode for those same exact reasons too. I also personally thought that it makes perfect logical sense for that episode to be the last episode of the series to take place right before "Aladdin and the King of Thieves" because after Jasmine dying in that episode it just makes sense to me that after dealing with that & with the whole apocalyptic situation that after it was over that Aladdin & Jasmine would get married A.S.A.P.; not taking life for granted at all, living every single moment like it's their last, & realizing just how truly short & precious life really is after their ordeal with the Ethereal.

I would have thought that The Return of Malcho would have come really late in the chronology. That's just based on my feeling that Aladdin taking over the sultan role for a day would have come after much more experience, though.

I always thought that would be one of the last ones, too, for the same reason.

I know that. So that means that I was a randomly selected enemy from all over the 7 deserts, yes?

I think "Prophet Motive" came before "Do The Rat Thing".
Same here, but it could have been the other way; we don't know. Smile

Dang... If I were Aladdin, I'd have been demanding to know right then and there who that "someone new" was and how exactly I should be dealing with him!

...Of course, Aladdin may've been a little busy at the time. So I probably would've been asking as soon as I had a chance. "Hey, Genie, who was that guy in the blue turban? What'm I gonna be up against?"

Tiny little mistake there. When Chaos Comes Calling takes place after the episodes I aired in, because Genie showed the picture of me in the television screen as shown below:

Overall, good chronology though.
