Wasn't it "Web of Fear"? Wasn't he using the bucket, then realized it wasn't working, so he went to the ocean for more water. I thought that was it, but it may not be that episode. But I'm pretty sure that's when he used it.

It must have been... I just watched Bad Mood Rising, and I was looking for it back then. In The Vapor Chase he turned into a fireman, Web of Fear he had the water stored in his tail, INMIDL he turned into a raincloud, didn't see anything like that in Smolder and Wiser, In the Heat of the Fright he cried on the fire to put it out...
But now that I'm thinking about it that way I remember another episode with fire, and, yes, it is....
Seems Like Old Crimes, Part 2!  Thanks, guys!  Hopefully I can finish this tonight! |
