Honestly, it makes me wonder if they were watching Richard Simmons when they came up with that or what.

Mostly I noticed that video left me disturbed and confused...

I also noticed that the 'non-Japanese' thug was wearing a scarf tied under his nose. This is a Japanese thing. Tying a scarf under your nose apparently makes you unrecognizable.
