Aladdin (but they actually are working on that, and I can't wait. It's going to be spectacular! Very Happy )

Hunchback of Notre Dame (whatever they might think of it, it jsut screams broadway and is very stage with powerful songs)

Pirates of the Caribbean (Hey, it could work!)

Pocahontas (When they sing that song about Savages...the lighting...and the tension...and the choreography!)

DisneyWar: The Musical Laughing It's not my idea. It was someone's idea on a fansite. Laughing

I demand to see...

Disneywar:The Musical.

With the boardroom pioneer hall dancers and Ron Perlman as Michael Eisner.

Hear Jeffery Katsenberg (played by mini me) sing
"I just can't wait to be King, I wanna be like you, and the rumbly in my tumbly song.

Mike Ovitz (played by Dennis Hopper) sings "You've got a friend in me"

and Michael and Bob's duet "Feed the Board, tuppence a bag". Yes, it's low down family fun.

I wanna see it now.

How about you guys? Very Happy

Hunchback actually did get a full-on stage version over in Germany, I believe. I've heard it was spectacular. Smile

Yeah, Mulan could be cool.

Pirates of the Caribbean would be just... odd in my opinion. I don't think it would turn out right, y'know what I mean? There's a lot you just couldn't capture. Like where the pirates switch from live-looking to undead-looking. 'Specially that scene near the end with Jack.

On the flip side, the actor would have to actually learn how to run a coin through his fingers instead of relying on gravity-cheating CGI.

I'm waiting for "Nightmare Before Christmas" to get adapted for the stage. They already made "Edward Scissorhands" into a ballet.

Edward Scissorhands? A ballet?

I can SO NOT see Peg pirouetting.

I think Nightmare Before Christmas could work, though.

Yeah, the songs are so meant for Broadway.

But now the tricky part...

How do you find an actor thin enough to play the lead? Laughing
