| It's usually in the night and in the mornings when they pop up, I'm assuming since a lot of the locations are in Moscow and that would be the opposite time of day for us. I get a lot of the new registered users before they can post anything, though. Sometimes it's guests and other times it's registered posted stupidity. |

One thing that might help would be disallowing numbers in usernames. Many of these spam accounts have at least three or four digits at the end; disallowing numbers would make registering their names impossible.

Doesn't matter, we have a few members on here with numbers on their usernames that arent spammers

It shouldn't do anything to already-existing accounts - it'd only stop new ones with numbers in the names from being created.
