And that is a good sentiment. Villains should have their shades of gray and goes for heroes too. I'm not complaining how they did Aladdin. They did a wonderful job on him with personality. I'm saying that heroes should not be boring. You should have a reason to root for them.

Aladdin is definitely one of the best Disney heroes. In his own element he's strong and charming, but throw him into a strange situation and he becomes a little insecure and unsure about himself. I can't believe there are people who don't like him.

Aladdin is my favourite Disney hero, because in my opinion, he has the most personality. And we get to see him as more than just a hero. We get to see him as a boyfriend, a friend, and a a human being.

I like well rounded villains, who sort of have a good side to them.

Well, I said hero. So, enemy goes without saying where villains are concerned.

Hmmm... I am thinking of the Disney Peter Pan, now. Does anyone agree with me that he and Aladdin have some similar qualities?

Laughing Exactly what I was thinking. Maybe my next blog post will center around comparing the two.

I so fell in love with Peter when I was fourteen, and he caught Wendy as she was falling to her doom. But sadly, he's just a child and always will be.

Yes, and we all know what happens when a woman tries to hook up with a minor.

Laughing That anyone would consider me a "woman" is hilarious. Yes, I'll be 25 in a couple weeks, but Laughing

But yeah, I know what you mean.

Besides, I go for older guys. I always have.

Or in the case of my husband, he gets to put up with my Disney Princess obsession.

(Of course, we both share an interest in Anime, which is how we met.)
