Does anybody around here watch that show, by any chance? Laughing

I never watched it before today. I caught the big "200th" episode. I'm sure you know which one I mean. I was so confused. But it was funny! Can someone explain to me what the heck was going on?

You have to see the ep. wormhole extreme to understand some of the second one Laughing

Figures you see this now and like it, fans found out the show got axed monday. Which makes sense but people are still trying to save the show...but I digress and that's a whole 'nother rant itself Laughing

But if they run out of ideas for more episodes they can always go for the singing zombie puppets from the Wizard of Oz. Laughing

but seriously, it's about time they go, they've got the record for being the longest running sci-fi series, let them go with some dignity! it's over for them...but only some. Apparently there are some plans to plant some of the characters on Atlantis...don't even get me started on that one Mad

Is Stargate Atlantis a different series? Wasn't there another sci-fi-like show with the word 'Star' in it?

Stargate Atlantis is a spinoff to sg-1. It sort of continues from a plot in sg-1 about finding the lost city of the ancients. It was made into another show called Stargate Atlantis...obviously. It's what the two knuckleheads McKay (Dragonessa) and Sheppard (Jas) talk about when they throw threads off topic Wink

But no, I don't watch SG-1, just Atlantis. I'm not as "OMFG PSYCHO!!1" about it like I was a year ago, but that would because of the fandom. Whatever you do, DON'T JOIN THE FANDOM! Watch it and enjoy it ON YOUR OWN Laughing

I can understand why putting Amanda Tapping on Atlantis might be too much of an awesome thing, but I wouldn't be averse to making one SG-1 character a regular in and of itself. They brought Worf into DS9 in season four, and that turned out pretty awesome.

Paul Davis, I think, would do nicely. Very Happy
