How do I put one up? I've tryed to follow the directions calluna gave for it by I am kind of conufused?  |

Not sure what that means.
You found the Yahoo! Messenger folder in Program Files, right? (You have Windows, right?)

Okay. Make a new folder inside the skins folder; you can call it whatever you want. Then drag all the files from the zip file into that folder.

Go to Preferences, and you can change the skin now.
