There was some confusion over whether or not it is ethical to archive someone's fic when it is impossible to contact them to ask.  |

Putting someone elses story up with a bunch of others in a collection (kinda like the library here at AC), but you can't contact them to ask them if it's ok because there is no way.
Some people don't like their stories being put up, but I say if it's on the internet people are reading it anyway. What's the point in having a story up if you don't want people to read it? If you don't want it to be read, don't put it on the INTERNET of all places. |
