I should probably make a new master merchandise post, but I know it won't be as updated like it was back in 2004 as they've forgotten about us again Laughing

But there's two cute little Jasmine items coming to the Disney Store this fall:

Mark Henn and Glen Keane redesigned the princesses as toddlers (which makes sense considering they're responsible for designing all but the first three Laughing), and here's Jasmine's!

They'll be out in the fall and retail for $24.50

And from the Kidada line, there's going to be a Jasmine charm that isn't $100000 dollars:

She looks so fat and happy Laughing

The Jasmine toddler doll is so cute! I'll have to get one for my daughter when they come out.

I'm totally getting the keychain!

I can't wait until I have a daughter so I can buy all of these toys! ... You know... for her!

If I ever have kids, they can't touch my toys. Mommy loves you a lot, but she's loved Aladdin a little longer, so don't touch that Laughing

"But mommy...I AM Aladdin!"
"No, I just named you that because...oh, never mind."

I tend to get two of the ones I want to keep for my collection, for obvious reasons... For dolls/other memorabilia I am not interested in collecting for myself but my daughter likes, I get one for her to play with.

Aww the toddler dolls are too cute! But the keychain kind of creeps me out slightly...

In all seriousness with the children's names.... we've actually got Jafar down as a potential child's name (something we're beginning to have to choose and think about), but it's come up unrelated to Aladdin... unfortunately it's looking like the forerunner so far, we're just trying to work out how cruel it would be.

Awww they're so cute! I hope they'll be on the website as all my Disney Stores closed down years ago Sad

I couldn't name my children after the characters, but I wouldn't be surprised with myself if I had a son and his middle name was Ali, however Laughing. Jafar would make a nice middle name. It has a nice transition feel to it.

Yeah, they shut down all the ones in my area for some reason. Now only the outskirts of TN has Disney Stores :\

I have one that's like an hour away, but the thing is there's absolutely no Aladdin merchandise, or classic Disney merchandise for that matter. Just High School Musical and stuff like that Rolling Eyes. The other ones at least had pins and t-shirts and stuff.

The ones closest to me shut down, but there's one in King of Prussia (20 some minute drive) and one just over the border in DE (no tax, woo!). It's pretty decent - I got some pretty good Jasmine paraphernalia for Christmas from that store.

And then there's always the internet! Wink

As far as the name thing goes, Jafar is a really good, strong name - as long as the kid doesn't mind that his name reminds everybody of a token villain.

And AG - Ali as a middle name! I like it!

The one closest to me was an hour and that closed for some reason. They cleared out all the ones in middle TN Confused

But mine hardly had any Aladdin stuff either except once when I was in there about three years ago.

New Jasmine doll to go with Aladdin. It's not that much different from the last one, but it's something
