Sadly there's a big Disney Cinemagic logo on most episodes. It's just a quality upgrade if you watch it on a big HD monitor or TV. Doesn't look as bad as the Toon Disney leak.

Damn, it's like even then they knew what we were gonna do if we got those episodes without logos |

Oh, what a shame. That quality is so nice, just hat stupid logo. _________________ You know your sanity is long gone when your favourites are a boy genius, a wacky genie, a mad man with a box and a deathberry |

Now that you mention the logo, I do notice that MOST episodes do have absolutely no logo or watermark. While some episodes are captures from the Russian channel, CTC (STS) so have its logo. Some are dual versions, in which case the Cinemagic version is slightly better quality but the logo-less version is nevertheless better than the Toon Disney leak.
Episodes with no logo/watermark anywhere:
- That Stinking Feeling
- The Spice is Right
- Raiders of the Lost Shark
- The Game
- Strike Up the Sand
- Getting the Bugs Out
- Forget Me Lots
- The Prophet Motive
- Moonlight Madness
- I Never Mechanism I Didn't Like
- Much Abu About Something
- Do the Rat Thing
- Stinkerbelle
- Sneeze the Day
- Beast or Famine
- Plunder the Sea
- Sandswitch
- Web of Fear
- Hero with a Thousand Feathers
- Rain of Terror
- Bad Mood Rising
- The Way We War
- Some Enchanted Genie
- The Vapor Chase
- The Day the Bird Stood Still
- Power to the Parrot
- Smells Like Trouble
- Opposites Detract
- In the Heat of the Fright
- Lost and Founded
- Smolder and Wiser
- Mission Imp Possible
- Snowman is an Island
- Garden of Evil
- Shark Treatment
- Dune Quixote
- Scare Necessities
- Sea No Evil
- The Animal Kingdom
- The Seven Faces of Genie
- Poor Iago
- The Lost Ones
- Witch Way Did She Go
- A Sultan Worth His Salt
- Genie Hunt
- Love at First Sprite
- The Sands of Fate
- Eye of the Beholder
- A Clockwork Hero
- The Secret of Dagger Rock
- Heads, You Lose
- As the Netherworld Turns
- Seems Like Old Crimes - Part 1
- Seems Like Old Crimes - Part 2
- Shadow of a Doubt
- The Love Bug
- The Lost City of the Sun
- Night of the Living Mud
- When Chaos Comes Calling
- Armored and Dangerous
- Black Sand
- From Hippsodeth, With Love
- Vocal Hero
- The Return of Malcho
- Destiny on Fire
- The Hunted
- Riders Redux
- While The City Snoozes
- The Ethereal
- The Great Rift
- The Book of Khartoum
- Two to Tangle
- The Shadow Knows
So 73 episodes have no logo.
Obviously the ones not in the above list have some kind of logo, I just double checked.
Here's the same frame I posted from "Shadow of a Doubt" but this time logo-less version:
You can see from the edge that it was captured from an interlaced TV source and then de-interlaced. _________________ Occupation: Evil incarnate

Yeah I had all 86 episodes in High quality (actually, similar situation, actually MORE of them had a TV channel logo) but suddenly this March, I suffered from a hard drive crash as I accidentally dropped the HDD and I had no backup. I lost all of them.... including 45 episodes in Hindi high quality.
I was so disappointed and angry that I got a brand new SSD, took a backup on another SSD and redownloaded them all via extensively scouring the web. Ended up finding higher quality, logo-less versions.
It's 27 GB (including dual versions - with and without logo).
Sadly yet to restore the Hindi collection. That is still lost. _________________ Occupation: Evil incarnate

Do you remember how you found them initially? Was it through a torrent site? |

The initial copy, some CTC, some logoless which was lost - I found that via Putlocker. The current copies I found via 4Chan where someone had uploaded it to MEGA.nz (The Disney Cinemagic version). The logoless version I found via some Openload search engine - a lot more episodes this time around.
Reddit/megalinks had the Toon Disney AVI version. These new ones are Matroska (MKVs) or MP4s. _________________ Occupation: Evil incarnate

Ugh, yeah, putlocker and openload would have taken them down for copyright by now. I'll have to keep an eye out on torrenting sites for the ones you're talking about though. You're definitely not the only one who would have had them. |

If only Disney would release the series on DVD. I remember it took me a hella lot of time to find a decent torrent link to get all episodes and that was link 5-6 years ago, so it's definitely deleted since then.
Come on Disney, give us the series! _________________ You know your sanity is long gone when your favourites are a boy genius, a wacky genie, a mad man with a box and a deathberry |

I requested them so much on various Disney Twitter accounts to release the TV series on DVD - especially in celebration of the live-action film, but they don't care apparently. Even Disney+ would do (and it won't have DVD format restrictions). Maybe it can be upscaled to HD like they did to 101 Dalmatians, The Legend of Tarzan TV series, Chip 'n Dale, The Little Mermaid, House of Mouse - all of them now in HD. _________________ Occupation: Evil incarnate

I am 75% positive they're going to release it there. Maybe not part of the initial launch, but they know demand for their Disney Afternoon shows are coming. I can't speak for the other movie-turned-tv-shows, but we'd definitely get priority along with The Little Mermaid series since those are considered classics and have the coveted princess factor. |

I just hope you are right on that. Would be really nice to have them in actual HD quality without logos and such (Plus not so secretly hoping in the series getting released fully in Hungarian as well. I can only find episodes from season 1 and even that misses quite a few episodes like the first episode where Mirage appears.) _________________ You know your sanity is long gone when your favourites are a boy genius, a wacky genie, a mad man with a box and a deathberry |

I agree with arisha's criticism of Jasmine's lightning-fast decision to stay. I would have thought that the gang would have come up with some clever compromise at the very least. |
A compromise would have been good! Maybe King Mamoud could have come to Agrabah once in a while for storytime? It would have been nice to see him again. Or the gang could have visited his kingdom and we could have seen Salia again! There are definitely possibilities for recurring characters here. I always wonder why Mamoud and his vizier show up at the end of KoT even though they're only in the series once. Maybe they did come to visit and every time Jasmine isn't in an episode it's because she's busy telling a story?

I love that part so much hahahaha
I like reading your theories about chronology! This is admittedly something I never think about when I'm watching the series but I like to read others' theories on it.

Thank you for this!!
Here's the post I did on "To Cure a Thief":
https://ajubilation.wordpress.com/2016/03/08/aladdinathon-3-to-cure-a-thief/
I was a little snarky about it ... I think I was disappointed because I used to really like this one when I was younger (I liked the drama of Aladdin and Abu's friendship being in trouble) but this time around I wasn't feeling it. |
